She is dedicated to advocating for the rights of silenced communities to have access to capital, healthcare and unconditional acceptance. Therefore, she is committed to exploring the interplay between class, gender, caste and race.

Having studied, interned and worked across four countries (India, Ghana, USA & France), Venika has demonstrated her ability to influence and contribute to diverse environments. These experiences have helped her develop an expansive skill set over time, that includes project management, fundraising, social media marketing, copy-writing, french language proficiency, etc.

She is currently based in Delhi and is always looking for opportunities to work with passionate people on shared goals, whether it be creative, personal or professional projects!
